SHIPPING & RETURNS After payment is received the items will be shipped in a gift box and placed in a shipping box. I currently ship via USPS First Class mail so you should receive your order within 5-10 business days from receipt of payment. Priority Mail is also offered, if you would like a different shipping method just let me know under "contact". PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I try to ship everything via USPS mail first class, please allow a min. 1-3 weeks for delivery (note that this may vary depending where you live) I can only track shipment while in the US, Please remember that once the package leaves my hands I have no control over how long your package will take. Many times you will receive your package much quicker but unfortunately sometimes it might take much longer. Please note that International customers are responsible for all custom charges and fees associated with international shipping such as VAT or any other customs charges or taxes. RETURN POLICY All of the items in my shop are completely handcrafted in my home studio. Thank you for loving all the little details of my art, and for understanding that my items are not without unique quirks and artistic birthmarks and do not have the precision of machined, mass produced pieces. Therein lies the beauty of handmade. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 3 working days of receiving your package, we can work together to resolve the problem. I will refund your payment (minus shipping charges) . All items must be returned to me in their original package. **Please note that custom orders are not refundable, as well as deposits for layaway and/or payment plans** It is my suggestion that the item being returned has a tracking number for your peace of mind, the buyer is responsible for all return fees.

Privacy Policy & Security Our site uses SSL technology and a payment gateway to ensure the highest level of security. We do not sell or rent our customers’ mailing addresses, email addresses or any information gathered in order to process our customers’ orders and catalog requests. We do use analytics from third parties such as Google to improve our website and decrease our advertising costs. These savings are passed on to you, our customers, as we strive to offer quality products that provide excellent value. Google’s data may be accessed and/or deleted by end users via My Activity. You can use a browser such as DuckDuckGo to increase the privacy of your browsing while online. Email We occasionally send email notifying our customers of new items and other changes to our online catalog. To receive these emails, please establish an online account with us by signing in, and request to receive the occasional email. We do not share this email list with any other companies or organizations. If you wish to be removed from this list at any time, just let us know by updating your account preferences. Orders All online orders are placed through our secure server, using secure socket layer (SSL) technology to automatically encrypt the information, keeping your order private and protected. Credit cards are processed using a payment gateway to further protect you. Your order, once received, is treated with the same confidentiality and care we treat all our customer orders and inquiries. If you are not sure if your browser is SSL-compliant, we do offer offline alternative methods of payment for online orders. Security Your security is of the highest importance to us. For that reason, we maintain several safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We do not save your credit card information electronically or otherwise. When you check out using our secure shopping cart, your information is immediately encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and an additional Secure, Encrypted Messaging Protocol” (SCMP) submitted directly to our FDIC approved and backed banking institution payment gateway. Three additional levels of security are then implemented to best protect your privacy. As a result of this high standard of security, you must enter your credit card each time you purchase from David Morgan. However, we have streamlined this process by giving you the opportunity to store all billing and shipping addresses in your account address book. Telephone Numbers We ask for phone numbers in case we have a question concerning your account or order and cannot reach you by email. We request a ship to phone number when you order because some carriers we use, especially for expedited and foreign shipments, require a phone number at the ship to address.
